    Samantha has had extensive customer service experience for over 25 years and is a full time Realtor with Prudential California Realty in San Francisco's Sunset/Lakeshore neighborhood. She is proud to affiliated with such a highly reputable brokerage firm and company that spends millions of dollars each year to generate top of mind branding awareness among millions of potential home buyers and sellers. The company's advertising campaign can be seen on the most watched major networks and cable channels. The campaign also emcompasses print advertising in major markets including the Wall Street Journal, the San Francisco Chronicle, The Real Estate Times and other advertising print media.

    Samantha was raised in San Francisco and attended the reputable Lowell High School. From there, she attended San Francisco State University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Marketing. During her 4 years in college, she continued to be employed in client related industries, fully financially supporting herself through college-a definite sign of a hard working individual.

    After marrying her high school sweetheart upon graduation, Samantha pursued and lived the "American Dream" buying her first home by the age of 22. This investment sparked her interest in real estate and eventually led her to her passion and career in the industry.

     Samantha is one of the top producing agents in her office and is a member of the distinguished Chairman's Circle, an award that only the top 2% of Prudential's agents Nationwide earn! Samantha is also a Certified Residential Specialist and a Graduate Realtor Institute designee-2 prestigious titles that only a small percentage of the Realtors in our country actually obtain. Samantha is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as a Fine Homes Specialist, selling real estate well over a million dollars in the top end of the market. As you can see, Samantha takes her business very seriously and is always furthering her education to better serve her clients and to stay ahead of the competition.

     In April 2008, Samantha was featured on HGTV's most popular show, House Hunters where she was filmed as the Realtor representing buyers who purchased their first home in the Bernal Heights neighborhood. Samantha was pursued by HGTV as the second Realtor from San Francisco to be filmed as a real estate expert in our market.

     On a personal note, Samantha has been happily married for almost 18 years and has three wonderful children ranging from 8 to 16 years old. She and her family continue to reside in San Francisco today. Samantha's personal enjoyments include spending time with her family ,traveling, dining, shopping, surfing the internet, scrapbooking, watching movies and staying in touch with her friends and family.
