In fact, we closed escrow within 3 weeks. She is friendly, caring and was dedicated to finding us the right place. She's knowledeable about the real estate market, and has a professional demeanor. We strongly recommend Samantha top any of our friends or family as an excellent agent to work with in your home buying process. We met Samantha by chance as we entered a home she was showing one of her clients. We had been looking for a home for several months that needed to have specific requirements as we needed a full in-law/separate unit. As soon as we met Samantha, we felt a certain affinity to her level of interest, her candor and open and frank style. When we started our home search, Samantha spent time reviewing what were the qualities which we were looking for in a home-where she asked detailed questions and then immediately started to tailor search for these criteria. My husband and I work long hours and Samantha was happy to show us homes during the late evenings-that fit our specifications. She found our home in 2 weeks and immediately had us look at it. She was frank on what she perceived to be the issues and potential areas that were not perfect fits-which we appreciated. Samantha was very detail oriented, proactive and helpful during the entire process.-which included a quick close, referring us to a very good loan agent and helping us with our inspections. Recently we purchased our first home in San Francisco. The reason we were able to attain our home in such a timely fashion was because of Samantha Competente who represented us as our realtor. Samantha was readily available days, nights and weekends and made us feel like we were her only clients. She advised us well on the San Francisco market. As soon as she learns of new listings, she made sure they matched our needs and informed us immediately. As always, Samantha was prompt and returned all our calls.
